Spoilers: Starts one year after the Angel episode ‘The Girl in Question’ and about two years after the Buffy Series Finale. Buffy, Willow, and Xander all start out at 24, Faith at 23, and Dawn and Andrew at 19. No Willow/Kennedy. Gunn is dead, no Illyria, Cordy is dead, Connor has both sets of memories, Wes is alive, Lindsey is alive.
As for Charmed, I’m not really sure what season it is, though Cole isn’t dead or evil, Leo never became an Elder, and both Wyatt and Chris have been born.
